KSR welcomes new Co-Director
We recently welcomed a new member of staff as Abdullah Pandor, Co-Director, recently commenced employment at KSR.

Abdullah brings over 20 years’ experience in health technology assessment (HTA) and evidence synthesis, with a proven track record of leading large-scale research programmes and delivering high-impact evidence to inform national and international healthcare decision-making.
Prior to joining KSR, Abdullah held senior leadership roles at the Sheffield Centre for Health and Related Research (SCHARR), University of Sheffield, where he led complex HTA projects for organisations including NIHR, NICE, industry, and international agencies. His expertise spans strategic leadership, methodological innovation, and close engagement with commissioners and policymakers.
Abdullah’s appointment further strengthens KSR’s capability to deliver high-quality, policy-relevant evidence and supports the company’s continued growth as an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), enhancing value for clients and partners.
