KSR becomes an Employee Ownership Trust

Many of KSR’s members of staff have been with the company through years of growth and development, and the transition to employee ownership is the logical next step. The EOT enables KSR to not only preserve the legacy cultivated by founder Jos Kleijnen, but to further build on its foundation of excellent, experienced, and trusted independent research to support healthcare decision-making.

The day-to-day operations will continue to be led by the same team of managers and reviewers. As part of the move to the EOT, Jos Kleijnen will become a member of the EOT Trustee Board as minority shareholder, and continue in an advisory role to support the Managing Director of KSR Robert Wolff. Other EOT Trustee Board members include an independent chair, an independent financial expert, Robert Wolff as Managing Director, and Willemijn Linden as staff representative.
